Orthopedic and Spine surgeon
Dr. Mario R. Ver is an orthopaedic and spine surgeon with more than 30 years of experience. He holds practice at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City and Bonifacio Global City. He also conducts online consultations.
He is a pioneer in spine microsurgery, image guided surgery, and total disc replacement, heading the first artificial disc replacement operation in the Philippines. He is also known for his awake decompression surgery under local anesthesia. He is an advocate of motion preserving spine surgery and minimally invasive techniques for the cervical spine. Aside from spine surgery, he also performs general orthopedic procedures.
Dr. Mario is a fellow of the Philippine College of Surgeons, the Philippine Orthopaedic Association and the Philippine Spine Society. He is also certified as diplomate by the Philippine Board of Orthopaedics.
